Scout Programs

Scouts photoThe ELC is an ideal place for Boy and Girl Scouts to work toward and complete many of their merit and handbook requirements. Our site provides great, close-to-home opportunities to explore and learn about the natural world.

We also host events that bring scouts from throughout the region to work on their badge and merit requirements. Upcoming events are below.

Girl Scout Day
October 14, 2017 at 9am-12pm and 1-4pm

This program will take place at our E. Drake site.

Brownies, join us to earn your Senses badge. You will explore the natural world using all of your senses. Brownies program at 9am-12pm

Juniors, join us to earn your Camper badge. You will learn camping skills, set up a tent, build your own campfire and make delicious camping snacks over the campfire. Juniors program at 1-4pm.

Cost is $7 per scout for both programs. Registration is required, please click here to register.

Environmental Science Merit Badge

April 15, 2017 at 9am-12pm

This program will take place at our E. Drake site.
